Return and Refund Policy.

Gelato is used for the products on Blossout, which means that all products are unique and made to order. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or unfortunately changed your mind. So please, make sure you order your correct size. 

Within 30 days of product delivery.

If the item is defective or damaged, log into your account with the email you used to purchase your item(s) on Blossout.com to initiate a refund and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the product if it is indeed damaged.
